Take time to connect with yourself to realign. Connecting with your breathing and a sense of peace is extra important this time of year.
This is one of our favorite ways to connecting with the music of nature and ourselves:
Let go of the overstimulation by stepping outside.
Ground yourself by touching the natural world (Lay in the snow, on the grass, touch a tree, smell a flower!).
Connect with yourself by breathing deeply. Listen to the sounds around you and match your breathing to the breeze.
